Payment Fees and Conditions

Payment fees for all storage units must always be paid for Monthly in advance, in accordance with charges for each sized storage unit. The first payment shall be the Charge for the first weeks period from the Start Date. When renewal payments are due, these are to be prior to 3 days of expiry of the previous term. ID may be required with initial deposit giving proof of name and address.

If payment is not made by the due date, reserve the right to refuse access to your unit and will fit our own security lock on the storage unit, and this will not be released until payment has been made in full. If payment remains unpaid 21 days from the due date, reserve the right to access your unit. Any goods stored within a unit which remains unpaid for in excess of 21 days from the due date are subject to a general lien, and may be sold in order to recover any outstanding Fees due

(a) Termination on expiry of term:

On expiry of this Agreement any fees paid in advance will be refunded to the nearest unused seven day period together with any deposit paid. You will be refunded within seven to fourteen days following departure, providing you give sufficient notice of departure, and providing that you leave the storage unit clean and tidy. 

(b)Termination for breach:

 If you are in breach of any term of this Agreement and that breach is not remedied within 14 days of notice to you reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without further notice.

a) is not responsible for any damaged goods where they have been handled by a third party.

b) will not accept responsibility for damaged items which have not been packed/protected by ourselves.

c) Any damage caused to goods due to natural disasters or weather events will not be covered by our insurance. Customers are advised to maintain their own insurance on storage items.

d) In the event of a Customer declining our full protection service will not be responsible for any damage caused to article has not protected.

e) will not be responsible for any damage caused in a room has not packed.

a) Access will be available to Customers Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Access outside these hours will be by appointment only. Access may be available Saturdays on receipt of 48 hours’ notice by email or telephone call.

b) It is the Customer’s responsibility to supply a lock for their own unit.

A licensee must not store perishable goods, fireworks, flammable liquids, dangerous chemicals or  live animals. provides a minimum blanket insurance of €2,000 Euros for fire and theft. Extra insurance can be provided at the request of the Customer and at the cost of the Customer. 

The Customer acknowledges that any goods or items stored are entirely at their own risk, and no warranty is given by in respect of suitability of the unit for any purpose.

Terms & Conditions


a) Any delay in exercising any of our rights under this agreement will not impair our rights or to be a waiver of those rights, nor will any partial exercise or any rights preclude a further exercises of that right.

b) You may not assign any of your rights under this agreement or part with possession of the unit to any other person, firm or company.

c) This agreement shall not create a tenancy, lease or any other relationship of landlord and tenant between you us neither shall we for any other purpose whatsoever be treated as a warehouse keeper.

d) Where the customer is two or more persons our obligations under this agreement shall be joint and several.

e) will have the right to alter these conditions at any time and continued use of the storage facilities following a change in these conditions shall constitute an acceptance of that change.
